Work with us as a snowboard instructor

Want to earn some extra money as a snowboard instructor in winter? Then you've come to the right place. We are always looking for talented snowboard instructors for private lessons.

What is it like to work with us?

As a snowboard instructor at Start Snowboarding, you can decide for yourself when you want to work. Simply enter your available times in the booking platform. Once you have specified your availability, you can be booked for the courses for which you have been approved.

Same Day Bookings

If you don't have any bookings on a particular day, you are free to choose whether you want to be available for bookings on that day or not. Because, between us, a day when you can ride but still have work commitments is simply not the same as having a real day off to ride.

It's up to you

Were your customers satisfied? With our new “Quick Booking” feature, it's even easier to book you again right away. This feature quickly shows which courses you are still available for and when. The next booking is just a click away.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting individual private snowboarding lessons.
• Adapting lessons to the needs and goals of customers (beginners to advanced).
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience with a focus on fun, safety, and progress.
• Supporting customers in improving their technique and confidence on the board.
   

What we expect from you

• Enthusiasm for snowboarding and the ability to pass on this passion.
• Experience in snowboard instruction or training as a snowboard or snow sports instructor.
• High customer focus and the ability to respond flexibly to individual needs. Empathy is not a foreign concept to you.
• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a professional demeanor.
• Language skills: German and/or English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
